The GC Jr Warriors Wrestling Organization provides instruction to youths ages 4-15, but all children must be in the 8th  grade or lower. The Jr Warriors work in conjunction with the Granite City  Middle and High School programs, and offer the opportunity to compete at the state and national level. We offer 2 diferent practice times/levels to improve a wrestler of any experience levels.

The GC Jr Warriors believe that wrestling will improve a child in all arenas of life. Our program promotes discipline, critical thinking, goal setting, team work, and determination. So come be a part of Granite City Tradition. We are not geographically based so we do accept wrestlers from other areas. Become a champion with the GC Jr Warriors !!!

Official Team Sign-ups begin Thursday Nov 1st 6:00-8:00pm at the Granite City High School wrestling room. Sign-ups will continue at regular practices through January.

The GC Jr Warriors practice at the GCHS wrestling room. GCHS is located at 3101 Madison Ave, Granite City, IL, 62040. The wrestling room is located on the left,  inside the Granite City High School annex. Practice times are as follows:

• Tue   6:00-7:00 PM Regular Practice   ...  7:00-8:30 PM Advanced Practice
• Wed  6:00-7:00 PM Regular Practice   ...  7:00-8:30 PM Advanced Practice
• Thur 6:00-7:00 PM Regular Practice   ...  7:00-8:30 PM Advanced Practice
• For the first 2 weeks of November we will be holding practices from 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30

$75 per wrestler.....Wrestlers can earn team entry free through fundraising and can earn free tournament entries also!

Includes.....team charter fees, dual team fees, usaw/ikwf secondary insurance card, team tshirt/short, and singlet rental fees included.

Parents must provide.....wrestling shoes, head gear, and tournament entry fees.
